2022 Super Lawyers

Founder of the firm and personal injury attorney Anthony C. Gagliano, III has been selected to the 2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Anthony has been named on the Super Lawyers list each year since 2019. Before that, he was selected to the Rising Stars list in 2015 to 2018.

Anthony has been helping plaintiffs in various personal injury matters, including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, and dog bite incidents, for the past 15 years. After many years working at the same law firm, Anthony opened up his own law practice in Center City.

Anthony has developed a strong reputation of treating his clients with respect and dignity, recovering a significant amount of compensation for them. In 2021, he secured a settlement of $1 million for a Teamsters Union member who had a slip and fall accident at his workplace and required surgery for multiple ankle fractures.

Anthony received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, and then went to Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. There, he graduated with honors from Temple University’s Master of Laws Trial Advocacy program. The Master of Laws Trial Advocacy program is nationally ranked, and Anthony was able to sharpen his courtroom skills by studying with some of the top litigators in the country.

Anthony is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Fewer than one percent of attorneys in the U.S. are members.

Super Lawyers uses a patented multi-phase selection process to choose attorneys. Starting with a nomination from a colleague, each attorney’s professional achievements are evaluated, including past successful verdicts and special licenses.
